Retail is all about people and their shopping experiences. To ensure success, retailers must captivate customers at all stages of the buying funnel. This includes the point of purchase.
My greatest strength is connecting people and ideas through immersive customer experiences at the point of purchase in order to drive sales. For over 2 decades, I have facilitated development of 1000s of retail customer-facing projects. My capabilities are wide and varied. I am an experienced Visual Merchandising & Creative / Art Director for an in-house creative agency. Whether in-store bricks & mortar, social or digital I have contributed to sales of over $6B annually for top retail brands. Regardless of the title or position, my focus has always been creating moments for the customer to be wowed by brands in innovative ways.

Corporate creative content was developed by teams of creative designers under my creative direction. Freelance graphic design samples are my own as are all the creative exploration samples.
